I have a year 2000 3.0lt lwb.  The n/s mirror has started periodically going beyond the open setting and goes flat against the body . I can sometimes sort this by retracting and opening but not always . The wiring to the switch has 9 wires going to it . They are grouped as follows :  Black/white , Blue/white, white, Green, Grey.   and Brown , Yellow , Green  , Red .  I have looked for a wiring diagram to follow to isolate the wiring to the retract facility but have had no luck . Does anyone know which wires control this facility to isolate it ?   Can it be done ? I can live without it .
