Question is the old atf any use for anything else.

I just used it as a penetrating oil, so filled an old squinty oil can, although I probably wont use that much.

Agree with that Al, it is a safe and responsible attitude - as long as they are not hypocrit jobsworth councils like mine.🤷‍♂️

The council and their goons on the gate/site, specify 5ltrs max at a time, my engine oil alone exceeds that without atf, axles etc.
This gormless council crows about their recycling figures and how well they are doing in the 'green' stakes, have no problem with me visiting 2/3 times in a day to dump it all, conveniently forgetting about wasted fuel and more unnecessary emissions caused by them.
I thought about ignoring their lunacy, but as the site is infested with cameras, they are just as likely to take my reg. and bar me with their barmy logic. Then I cannot even visit another further away as they are all post code specific with proof.

I wonder if they would be happy with me dumping it in a ditch down a lane !  🤷‍♂️
