Just noticed there is a small button about 10 inches below the ignition on my LC5, which is about the size of a smartie. Anyone know what its for?? Ejector seat for the in-laws perhaps? |

If it's the one I'm thinking of, then it turns off the front parking sensors if they are starting to really drive you mental when parked up close against something. Otherwise they just beep constantly.
There is also one for the rear sensors hidden in the near side storage compartment in the boot.
Can't remember exactly how you work them, but I think once pressed, they stay inoperative until the ignition is turned off/on again.
Strange buttons - they look like a real after thought don't they?
Hope that heps. _________________ Rick |

You will only find the button to isolate the rear sensors if the vehicle is fitted with the genuine Toymota wiring kit to the towing electrics. |

But ours had the button in the rear before the towbar or its electrics were ever fitted. Strange.
Perhaps some cars had this button and others didn't. _________________ Rick |
