Finally got round to uploading my photos from my first proper off-road jaunt in my own Land Cruiser.
Up we go!
My first river crossing.
Sheep!
View back while scouting the route. Got beaten by the mud due to road tyres at this point though
Let’s go this way then...
Down we go...
Oops!
That wasn’t supposed to happen!
Could’ve told us that at the other end of the trail!
Eeek! Will it fit?
Of course it will...
Just!

Some good pics there . You'd have trouble getting a 100 or 80 through that last gate! Did that rock do any damage? |

Just the obvious cosmetic thankfully!
Only had inches either side on that gate, but it was easier than trying to get back up the lane that was "unsuitable for motors", was expecting to be picking up more bits of trim tbh but with some good guidance from the guy taking the photo. Was a little annoyed when we got to the next section to find walkers had blocked it off using it as a glorified car park... |

I'm really really sorry, but I have to do this:
Excellent pics mate, I'm heading up that way in my cruiser in April/May, looking forward to getting some of those lanes done
Glad the damage was only cosmetic and you've not been put off by it, it is great fun and good to see a (standard?) lc doing some proper off roading _________________

I'll never get put off that's what they're made for! Yeah it's still standard - for now! - on road tyres as well. Wouldn't be happy to take it up that hill till i've at least put some skid plates and AT's on her. |

Very good pics, what tyres are they you have on ? Looks like a good spot to do some nice off-roading. |
