Hi,which tyres are  best for HJ60:  31 10.50 15 or 33 12.50 15?
Im thinking about 33 12,50 15 but im worried they could be too big...

The 33 in a 12.5 size will be too big unless you have a lift,the 10.5 in a 33 may fit if your suspension is good.
Im not sure about the UK,but in the US they can still get 33 BFG in a 9.5 width
There is lots more sizes in 32 inches in othe brands.
If you get 16 inch rims a whole new world of tyre sizes opens up.

The really wide tyres will slow a HJ60 down
