What grade/make engine oil for 4.7 v8?

Hi,

Im thinking of changing current engine oil with Mobil 1 0w-30 Grade oil at 60k miles service on 1999 TLC 4.7 V8, keeping Fuel economy in mind.

I would appreciate all your thoughts on this, if its a good move or stick with 5w-30?  Also, appreciate any thoughts on which make or brand is better than the other... getting all confused over price vs brand issue i.e mobil, castrol, shell, toyota, millers etc ?!?!?
